About the Artist

The New York raised/ in Europe residing soulful, reflective singer-songwriter is on a mission - to spread a message of determination, faith and hope. 

 
Mag Dalé's singer-songwriter journey started six years ago, after overcoming, through faith, an intense 10-year period of personal challenges including infertility. A native New Yorker of Haitian descent, the trained lawyer was always passionate about music and singing, taking after her musical parents. She attended the LaGuardia High School of Music and Art in New York (the "FAME" school, previously known as High School of Performing Arts) and has sung in choruses and small bands for more than 25 years, performing in various esteemed venues, such as: Carnegie Hall in New York; and the Gasteig Performing Arts Center, and Isarphilharmonie in Munich, Germany.

After overcoming setbacks that tested her faith, Mag Dalé knew she was being called to provide motivation to others facing adversity with uplifting, atmospheric melodies and heartfelt messages that resonate deep within one's being.  Incorporating elements of soul, pop and folk, her music is soothing and motivating.  Every word hits home because of her introspective, empathic songwriting and storytelling. With soul-stirring faith-inspired lyrics, Mag Dalé weaves tales of inspiration and hope into every note; her gentle, soulful vocals a soothing balm for the soul.  

She released her debut EP "Sun Will Rise" in March 2023, which has garnered over 40,000 streams, featuring the singles "Final Mile" (Finalist for an Intercontinental Music Award 2022), "(I won't stay) Broken" (Finalist for an Intercontinental Music Award 2023), and "From A to O", Winner of the Intercontinental Music Award 2023 - Best of Pangea - Singer/Songwriter category.

Mag Dalé has trained with well-known teachers/artists such as: Detroit-born opera singer Martha Scheffel, who has sung with the Bavarian State Opera (Germany); and Vocal Coach & CCVM: Label Without Walls Founder Cari Cole (NY), who has worked with artists such as Journey, Donald Fagen/Steely Dan, Courtney Love, and Nena; whose team of songwriters have worked with Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Aloe Blacc and others; and whose artists have been featured on American Idol and The Voice.

So after the struggles Mag Dalé went through and blessings she received, her mission became clear – to  proclaim the message from every mountaintop through her songs to - NEVER GIVE UP. HAVE FAITH. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH HIM WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH;  and to pour out her heart and soul, her heartbreak and joy, as a musical testimony for all to hear, so they can feel comforted, inspired and never alone : "God has helped me so much throughout my life; has blessed me so much - whether it was getting through the heartache of infertility, overcoming so many painful areas in my life - my heart is overflowing with joy. I have to thank and praise Him, and share that news - encourage others! - through my songs".
